lyrics

So this is how today turns into tomorrow.
He said, "This is the coming of the night".
Your face turns to stay far from me when something's not right.

Like a truck drove up to drip cement into your brains.
Move slowly.
Move slowly 'cause you're stuck in yourself.

The clock keeps blinking.
I should set that soon.
It was on sale on Sunday afternoon.

And I never made my bed.
And I never finished that book I should've read.
It was due on Sunday Afternoon
While I lied there humming a child's tune.

I'll move slowly.
I'll move slowly.
I'll move slowly 'cause I'm stuck in myself.

Mother I'm sorry we haven't been in touch,
And sister I've lost my words, they aren't much.
Father I love you, but I fear I'm stuck.
Father I love you, but I fear I'm stuck.
Father I love you.

Heaven, be kind to me.
Heaven, be kind to me.
I move slowly.
I move slowly.
